Do I have to be home to receive the bag?
No, just mark an “X” on your drive way with tape or chalk and we will gladly place the bag on top of the “X”.
Can you bring the bag into my backyard?
We use a forklift that is 8 feet wide, also we don’t want to be responsible for any damages that the tires may cause to the lawn. We can drop the bag at any place the forklift can reach without doing any damage to your property.
What do we do with the bag once we are finished with it?
There are three options. You can keep the bag for personal use, also you can return it for a $5 dollar refund and lastly you can fill it with domestic waste and we can pick it up for $99.00.
Where do we bring the bag back to?
You can return it to one of our yards located
at 401
Bowes Rd, Concord.
What happens if I am not happy with the product?
We will pick up the bag no questions asked and refund your money.
What does the Triple Mix consist of?
Our “Triple Mix” is composed of Topsoil,
Compost (from decomposed leaf, tree & shrub trimmings, bark,
and manure) and Peat Loam and is processed through a 5/16"
screen. It ranges in color from dark brown to black.
Primary Uses: Ideal for creating new gardens, reviving
and replenishing existing garden areas; for planting trees
and shrubs; planting flowers and garden vegetables; for
growing new lawns from sod or seed.
How do I know if the company I am ordering
from sells high quality or organic soils?
In recent years, the term "organic"
has become fashionable and therefore widely used and 'mis-used'.
Unfortunately there are no public, commercial or government
standards in place to define "organic soil" and
it therefore becomes the buyer's responsibility to do their
